BROOKS BANCROFT

Brooks Bancroft is a member of the Litigation Division and the Counseling and Drafting Division.

Mr. Bancroft received his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Political Science from the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo and his Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Hawai‘i and is admitted to appear before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Hawai‘i and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Bancroft previously served as a deputy prosecuting attorney for the County of Hawai‘i and was an associate attorney with the firm of Crudele & De Lima.

He is a member of the Hawai‘i State Bar Association and previously served as president of the Hawai‘i County Bar Association. Mr. Bancroft additionally is a member of the UH-Hilo Alumni Association Board of Directors and Hui ka‘ua Association, and volunteers with the Hawai‘i Island Humane Society. Mr. Bancroft also serves on the Technology Committee for the Hawai‘i State Bar Association.
