Molly A. Lugo is a member of the counseling and drafting division.  Ms. Lugo received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and her Juris Doctor degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa.  She is licensed to practice law in Hawai‘i and admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the District of Hawai‘i.

Ms. Lugo is a member of the Hawai‘i State Bar and the Hawai‘i County Bar Association.
