DIANE A. NODA ulu print

Diane A. Noda is a member of the litigation division.

She is a graduate of Hilo High School. Ms. Noda received a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Hawai`i at Manoa, a Master of Education degree from the University of Oregon, and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington. She is licensed to practice law in Hawai`i and Washington, and is admitted to appear before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of Hawai`i.

Prior to joining the Office of the Corporation Counsel team, her prior experiences include being a Hawai`i County deputy prosecuting attorney and an elementary school teacher in Eugene, Oregon.

She has served as president and vice president of the Hawai`i County Bar Association and the county representative to the Hawai`i State Bar Association Government Lawyers Section.
