Diane A. Noda is a member of the litigation division.

She is a graduate of Hilo High School. Ms. Noda received a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa, a Master of Education degree from the University of Oregon, and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington. She is licensed to practice law in Hawai‘i and Washington, and is admitted to appear before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the District of Hawai‘i.

Prior to joining the Office of the Corporation Counsel team, her prior experiences include being a Hawai‘i County deputy prosecuting attorney and an elementary school teacher in Eugene, Oregon.

She has served as president and vice president of the Hawai‘i County Bar Association and the county representative to the Hawai‘i State Bar Association Government Lawyers Section.
