Absent: E. Alonzo, K. Balog, S. Bess, M. Herkes, R. Higashi,

D. Kurozawa, J. Ray, G. Yoshiyama

Temporary Chairman John Santangelo called the meeting to order at approximately 5:10 p.m.

SANTANGELO: This is John Santangelo, chairing the Naalehu Charter Commission meeting. I would like to call it to order at 10 after 5 and I’d like to identify Sue Irvine and George Martin as fellow Commissioners.

SANTANGELO: Madam Secretary, do we have any testimony from the public?

HENRY: No Sir.

SANTANGELO: By having none, this meeting was convened for that purpose and being that no one saw fit to give testimony, I adjourn this meeting. Do we have any exception to that? Okay, thank you very much.

MARTIN: Motion to adjourn.

IRVINE: Second.

SANTANGELO: All in favor? Okay, adjourned. Thank you.

The discussion ended at approximately 5:12 p.m.
