Bill Title

Amends Chapter 3 (Advertising and Sign Code, of the Hawai‘i County Code, by repealing

Article 1 - relating to Signs, adding a new Article 1 - relating to Signs, and amending Article

2 - relating to Kailua Village Signs. Draft 2 contains substantive changesa to address

certain major concerns which consistently surfaced during public hearings and testimony.

In addition, a number of less substantive revisions are proposed to further clarify
