Bill Title

Amends Chapter 3 (Advertising and Sign Code), of the Hawai‘i County Code, by Repealing

Article 1 - Relating to Signs, Adding a New Article 1 - Relating to Signs, and Amending

Article 2 - Relating to Kailua Village Signs.Draft 5 is a result of a friendly amendment made

by Councilman Tyler to correct page 5, line 3, second to the last word from "northeast" to

"southeast". This is part of Division 2. Definitions, Section 3-3. Definitions (18)"Kailua

Industrial Subdivision". Typgraphical errors were also corrected.
