Bill Title An Ordinance amending Chapter 3, of the Hawaii County Code, by Repealing Article 1 -

Relating to Signs, Adding a New Article 1 - Relating to Signs, and Amending Article 2 -

Rleating to Kailua Village Signs. Changes between Draft 6 and Draft 7 include, but are not

limited to, amended provisions relating to purpose, definitions, temporary painted window

signs, directory signs, nonconforming signs, administrative enforcement, Kailua Village

guidelines for review, permissible signs, effective date, etcetera.
