| Bill Title | Amends Chapter 20 of the Hawai‘i County Code 1983 (1995 Edition), relating to Refuse |
| (dealing with the collection of solid waste tipping fees; changes the rate for late fees). The |
| Department of Public Works feels that the proposed changes will make the late charge |
