Amends Ordinance 96-72, the Operating Budget for the County of Hawai‘i for the Fiscal

Year ending June 30, 1997; increases revenues of $5,563,604 in the Fund Balance from

Previous Year account (#010-000-3609.10), and appropriates same to various accounts,

as listed in the first draft screen. Draft 3 disperses the Council's discretionary funds of

$900,000 into various accounts requested by Councilmembers, as listed (also see Comm.
