Bill Title Amends Ordinance No. 96-68, as amended, relating to Public Improvements and Financing

Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1996 to June 30, 1997; increases revenues in the

Public Works, Linsey Road Improvements project (#110-399-5394.115) by $250,000 to

$500,000 and the Lindsey Road Improvements - Federal project (110-399-5394.06-115)

by $1,013,341 to $2,195,058. Funds to be provided from General Obligation Bonds and

/or Other Sources ($250,000) and Federal Grants Receivable ($1,181,717). The funds will

be used for reconstruction of the pavment section as required by the State, and the

reconfiguration of the intersection of Linsey Road and Kawaihae Road to increase safety.
