ZONING - CHANGE OF ZONE (AKANA TRUST) DRAFT 4: Changes the district

classification from General Commercial (CG-20) to Neighborhood Commercial (CN-20) as

discussed at Council meeting of 9/9/99. Although a separate motion to prohibit bars,

nightclubs and cabarets was approved by the Council, no condition has been included in

Bill 106, Draft 4, because it is already prohibited under the Neighborhood Commercial

(CN) designation of the Zoning Code. Draft 3, which proposed to amend Condition E, was
