Bill Title An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 01-56, as amended, relating to public

improvements and financing thereof for the fiscal year July 2001 to June 30 2002," to

reappropriate the lapsed 1992-94 and 1998-2000 fuel tax district appropriations, the

lapsed district funds will be reappropriated back to the respective district; establishes the

following district appropriations: TEA Projects $943,011.10; Puna $360,603.33; South Hilo

$259,143.72; North Kona $185,748.67, and allotted to projects as listed on attachment;

that funds for these projects shall be provided from the following accounts of the Capital

Projects Fund: Fund Balance - Fuel Tax increase 1992-94, $191,253.54; and Fund

Balance - Fuel Tax increase 1998-2000, $1,557,253.28.
