Bill Title Provides for the issuance of County of Hawai‘i Improvement District No. 17, Kaloko

Subdivision, 2001 Special Assessment Refunding bonds in an amount not to exceed

$10,165,000. Draft 2 was prepared by the Bond Counsel to fill in several blank areas in

the original bill and to clarify certain issues related to the refunding bonds. Also includes a

revised Exhibit A.
