Bill Title An Ordinance amending Section 25-8-8 (Upolu Point-Kaauhuhu Homesteadsd Zone Map),

Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code, by changing the district

classification from Agricultural (A-5a) to Family Agricultural (FZA-3a) at Kahei, North

Kohala, Hawaii, covered by Tax Map Key 5-5-1:122; Robert & Virginia Karpovich, applicant.

Draft 2 amends Condition G by inserting the standard language which prohibits the

construction of second dwelling units and Conditions H by inserting the following language

"Access to the subject property shall be sisigned in accordance with Chapter 22 of the

Hawaii County Code and meed with the approval of the Department of Public Works."
