Bill Title

Amends Ordinance No. 97-65 which amended Ordinance No. 92-123, which changed the

district classification from Agricultural (A-20a) to Agricultural (A-1a) at Olaa, Puna, Hawai‘i,

covered by Tax Map Key 1-7-13:3. [Applicant - Kapoho Properties]. Draft 2 amends

Condition C to assure coordination and pro rata share contribution (50%) of traffic signal

installation at Hawai‘i Belt Road and Huina Road intersection with interested property

owners. The language places the effective date of the ordinance or prior to the first

building permit as the triggering mechanism for traffic signal construction and completion.

It also clarifies the language Condition D to require the applicant improve South Road if
