Bill Title amends Ordinance No. 03-91, as amended, the Operating Budget for the fiscal year

ending June 30, 2004 by appropriating revenues in 3303.34 - Federal Grants - Click It or

Ticket Program - General Fund, $15,444 and by appropriating same to 010-201-5216.12

Click It or Ticket Program - General Fund. Draft 2 changes the appropriation from $15,444

to $30,000 for the Click It or Ticket Program Grant account. These funds will be used to

increase the awareness of youth and teens to the State seatbelt usage laws.
