| Bill Title | An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 04-75, as amended, relating to public |
| improvements and financing thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005 |
| (adds an additional $1.5 million to the Mass Transit, West Hawai‘i and Puna Transit |
| Facilities project). The County Council, at its meeting of November 24, 2004, passed an |
| ordinance for a general obligation bond issuance which included the above amount for four |
| (4) park and ride facilities at Hamakua, South Kona, North Kona and Puna. The additional |
| funding brings the total appropriation for this project to $1,980,000. |
