| Bill Title | Amends Bill 147 to Draft 2, which amends Chapter 15, Article 1, Section 15-7, of the Hawai‘i County |
| Code 1983 (2005 Edition), relating to parks and recreation. Draft 2 changes the penalty for |
| violations of any provision in Chapter 15 by reducing maximum imprisonment from ninety days to |
| thirty days. The penalty of a fine or combination of both fine and imprisonment is unchanged. |
