Bill Title

Amends Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code related to Agricultural

Tourism. The purpose of the bill is to allow, by Plan approval, agricultural tourism up to a

certain scale as an accessory to the agricultural activities and/or agricultural products

processing in the Agriculturae (A), Family Agriculture (FA), Intensive Agriculture (IA),

Residential Agriculture (RA) and Agricultural Project District (APD) Zones.
