Bill Title

Amends Chapter 20, of the Hawai‘i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition) relating to Littering and Refuse

Disposal. Adds that each day of violation for littering shall constitute a separate offense; and

imposes a penalty of not less than $250 and not more than $1,000 for illegal dumping, and each day

of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
