Bill Title An Ordinance To Amend Ordinance No. 07-82, As Amended, the Operating Budget for the

County of Hawai‘i for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2008; appropriating revenues a

$2,576 Equipped To Do Battle Against Domestic Violence Grant. in the Federal Grants

-Cell Phone/PDA Violence account (3308.04), and appropriates same to the Cell

Phone/PDA Vilece Grant account (010.201.5216.24). The grant funds will be used to

improve the department’s ability to collect evidence from wireless communication devices

inorder to respond appropriately to violent sex crimes, domestic violence crimes, homicides

and assaults against women..
