Bill Title Amends Section 25-8-33 (City of Hilo Zone Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai‘i

County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), by changing the district classification from Agricultural - 1 acre

(A-1a) to Multiple Family Residential - 1,500 square feet (RM-1.5) at Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawai‘i,

covered by TMK 2-3-37:15 ; Adds a new Condition E under Section 2, setting forth a new required

minimum number of off street parking spaces (Provides a minimum of one and three-quarters

parking spaces for each unit, or the requirements of Section 25-4-51, whichever is greater. The

minimum off-street parking spaces for this project shall initially be 42 spaces); Applicant: Malulani,

Inc.; Area: 1.278 acres
