Amends Chapter 11, Article 1 of the Hawai‘i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), as

amended, relating to affordable housing to allow a subdivider to apply to the County

Housing Agency to have lots that are transferred to family members excluded from the

number of lots that count toward the affordable housing requirement.
