Bill Title

Amends Article 1, Chapter 11 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as

amended), Relating to Affordable Housing) approved by the Planning Committee; allows a

subdivider to apply to the County Housing Agency to have lots that are transferred to

family members excluded from the number of lots that count toward the affordable housing

requirement. Draft 2 removes the vetoed section of reconsidered Bill 156 (Comm. 200).
