Title An ordinance to amend the Operating Budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1996 by

increasing revenues in 3609.10 Fund Balance from Prev Yr. - Highway Fund - $1,264,745 and

by appropriating to various funds and expenditure accounts, $1,264,745.
