(A-1a) to Resort (V-6.0) at Keekee 2nd, Ilikahi, Kanakau 1st and 2nd, and Kalukalu 1st, 2nd and

3rd, South Kona, Hawaii, covered by TMK: 8-1-04:Portion of 3, for reasons stated.
