Instructions for Using Agendas and Action Taken

Council and committee meetings may be viewed on Government Access Television Channel 52 (Hilo and Kona)
Government AccessTelevision Schedule

  1. Click on the term for the Council or the Committee meeting desired.

  2. From the list of dates of Agendas and Actions Taken click the meeting date desired; the document will open in WebLink.
    Note: The new software requires that cookies be enabled on your system or that you use the following username and password to access the records.
    Username: public
    Password: weblink808

  3. To view the associated documents click on the second icon (Links) under browse. The documents will appear in a list on the links pane.

  4. Click on the document name to view.

  5. Use the links pane to toggle between related agendas, communications, bills, and/or resolutions.
