Stacy K. Higa is a first term Council Member for District 4 (South Hilo, Keaukaha, Pana'ewa, Waiakea Houselots, portion of Kukuau, University of Hawaii-Hilo, portion of Waiakea Homesteads, and Downtown Hilo). Born and raised in Hilo, he is a graduate of the Kamehameha Schools, and attended the University of Colorado at Boulder. He previously was General Manager for Maguire Bearing Company - Kauai, Vice President for B&C Industrial, and presently the Managing Partner for Lava Rock Printing, LLC. Stacy's primary focus is to help with the revitalization of Downtown Hilo, and the Banyan Drive Area. Being an avid sports person, he enjoys golfing, tennis, and many different sports. He is married to the former Janice Nakashima from Hilo, and they have one son named Jacy. |
