The Hilo Elections Division Office is located on Aupuni St. in the County Building,
and the Kona Satellite Office is located on Hualalai Rd.
Office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 4:30pm, and the Kona Office closes on weekdays from 12:00 noon to 1:00pm.
Furlough Schedule
In addition to the regular state and county holidays, the Elections Division Offices in Hilo and Kona will be closed on these furlough days:

- Absentee Mail Ballot Applications for the Primary or General Elections will be available from the Elections Division Offices starting on Tuesday, July 20, 2010.
- Deadline to Register to Vote for the Primary Election is Thursday, August 19, 2010.
- Absentee Walk-In Voting for the Primary Election starts on Friday, September 3, 2010 and ends on Thursday, September 16, 2010.
- Deadline to request Absentee Mail Ballot for the Primary Election is Saturday, September 11, 2010.
- Primary Election Day is Saturday, September 18, 2010.
- Deadline to Register to Vote for the General Election is Monday, October 4, 2010.
- Absentee Walk-In Voting for the General Election starts on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 and ends on Saturday, October 30, 2010.
- Deadline to request Absentee Mail Ballot Applications for the General Election is Tuesday, October 26, 2010.
- General Election Day is on Tuesday, November 2, 2010.
